Challenge: GlobalTech needed an impressive, reusable exhibition stand for 5 major international trade shows in one year. The stand needed to be lightweight for transport, quick to assemble and disassemble, and make a striking visual impact to attract visitors in a crowded exhibition hall.
Solution
We created a modular exhibition system using lightweight aluminum frames with custom acrylic panels featuring backlit graphics, product display shelves, and interactive touch-screen mounts. All components were designed to pack flat into custom wheeled cases that met airline cargo requirements. We also provided on-site assembly support for the first show and detailed assembly documentation.
Results
The stand was successfully used at all 5 trade shows with minimal wear. Assembly time was reduced from 8 hours (first show) to 3 hours by the third show. GlobalTech reported a 40% increase in qualified leads compared to their previous exhibition setup and credited the new stand design as a key factor.
